The NAACP Arcadia-Bienville Youth Council Unit 68AN-B and CASA came together at Arcadia High School and planted a Pinwheel Garden for Peace & Protection in recognition of National Child Abuse Prevention Month. Each pinwheel represents a child and our shared commitment to stand up, speak out, and protect our youth.
